Many Franco-Ukrainian couples in our marriage agency Au coeur de l’Est have been separated by the closure of the borders, and now remain separated by the special conditions imposed on travellers.
Sebastien and Anna, who testified a few months ago, managed to get married on June 10, 2020, when their wedding was scheduled for April 25. It was the first post-confinement marriage recorded by their commune, and it was the subject of an article in the local newspaper La Voix du Nord.
