I came home in the wee hours of Saturday. The trip had its lows and high moments with a satisfactory end.
The stay is over with two members with whom I have a good relationship.
With Ekaterina I had the opportunity to meet her for dinner/dinner 4 other times following our initial meeting. Thanks to her, I only had 1 day without a meeting. We’ve been chatting via Skype since I got back and she’s offering me a video meeting later this week.
With Evgenya, one of the two new members added, I had a good meeting with a follow-up by email on my return. Due to time constraints, I was unable to extend our meeting or invite him for a second appointment.
So I’m with Ekaterina or I’ve had time to establish a solid foundation while Evgenia may still be coming.
What approach do you suggest in this circumstance with two candidates in sight?
